How to connect Home theater to tv

I have Philips home theatre system, purchased LG webos tv. I want to connect with Philips home theatre. I have HDMI in Port in Tv. Home theater do not have HDMI in option, it has only HDMI out option.

Home theater system does not have optical input option, but has only coaxial option.

Please suggest a solution.
