I have purchased Bue ray player but unable to connect laptop to blue ray also raply how to connect tv sound in blur ray sound

You can't connect a blu-ray player to a laptop. only blu-ray writer with USB port can be connected. To connect blu-ray player to tv use a hdmi cable. Given that both Tv and blu-ray player have hdmi ports.

This is a blue ray player as in a long box, 16 inch wide thingy? This kind of player cannot be plug in to a laptop/PC, but why do you want to do that anyway? You want to watch stuff on your laptop screen? This kind of box is intended to be plugged into a TV.

If I misunderstood you due to lack of sufficient information, please rephrase what exactly, THE OUTCOME, you wish to have.

If it's just a BD disc player (no speakers) then there is no way or purpose of connecting the laptop directly to it. They both just connect to the TV.
If by blue ray player you mean a home theater system with BD player built in then the usual method is to connect the BD system to the HDMI ARC input of the TV(if it has one). Connect the laptop to the another HDMI input. In the TV menu you turn on ARC and select it on the BD system.
You need both the TV and BD system to support ARC for it to work. If one doesn't then you connect the audio output of the TV to the BD system (usually an optical audio cable). You might need a converter depending on the particular TV and BD system.
The BD system connects to the TV with HDMI so you get a picture when using the disc player.
Check the manuals of the TV and BD system on setting the output of the TV to work with the BD system.
