how to connect my bluetooth headphones to Samsung LED 6200 TV with supersonic adapter plugged into audio out

I have a Samsung LED 6200 Smart TV. Trying to pair my bluetooth head phones. Purchased Supersonic bluetooth adapter. Plugged this into audio out. Tried pairing - does not work. Have also tried changing in the settings on my TV for sound to be directed to audio out. Still no luck. Any ideas? Thanks!

Which Supersonic do you have?
The only two I'm, familiar with receive BT audio and output it via audio out jack.

Samsung TVs have bluetooth pairing for non Samsung headsets and speakers in, but turned off by default...
