How to connect my Mi 55 inch 4k tv to the philips SPA5190B/94 90 W Home Audio Speaker.Please suggest?

I don't see any info about what inputs that speaker system has, look at them see what the inputs are, and what audio outputs your TV has or the source(s) you are using with the TV.

TV has SPDIF digital audio output. This can be a coax RCA or an optical connection,
HTS has stereo analog audio input.
You will need a digital to analog converter and cables to connect it. Check the TV manual on how to use the SPDIF output.
Use a mode on the HTS for a stereo input.
