How to connect Toshiba 43U6750VM with Sony DAV-DZ150k

I don't have any Idea how to connect my new Toshiba U67 series with my old Sony DAV-DZ150k amp. This TV only has very little port like HDMI(ARC), Digital Audio, but doesn't has RCA port. The sony amp sound sytem doesn't has HDMI port, the usual port(as another amp.set) and coxial 75micro ohm only. Please help me to solve this problem.
