How to connect Windows CE 6.0 netbook to internet through 3g modem?

Hello,
I have sonilex netbook sl-lt701. I can not establish 3g modem connection with it. How should I do this? I have not any type of internet connection there.
Can windows xp be installed in it? If yes, huw?

Windows XP installation - not possible.

Does Sonilex SL-lt701 have a 3G card installed? Have a mobile data account and a SIM card installed in your netbook?

Wi-Fi capability only on Sonilex SL-lt701. It does not have built in 3G mobile data capability.
