how to connect wireless headphones to a 2001 sanyo tv model DS13390

I have a 2001 Sanyo DS13390 TV that I want to connect wireless or cable headphones to and there is only a cable input jack. How can I do this?

I don't think that TV even has an HD tuner. So you must be using an external tuner. Does that tuner have an audio out?
