How to convince my parents for a better PC.

Hi, I'm 14 and I think I really need a better pc, they got me this current PC in 2014 which was really good for its time but lately, it's not as good. I really need a better PC and I know that my parents can afford it but they just won't. I'm not doing that bad at school with my average grades being A's and B's with only math being a C and hopefully this year a B. Please give me some tips on how to convince them. My dad really is stubborn.
