how to create a bootable antivirus hard drive for vomputer

does anyone know how i can create a bootable bitdefender rescue hard drive for a computer im wanting to make it like a main os for just as like a clean up computer to were i boot the computer on and it goes into bitdefender i put the hard drive in the dock station and have it scan it
