How to create iso image from files

I want to put some files and folders in a iso image, without using any CD, how can i do this?

Good! I have only a problem: i need to put in the iso also an other iso image but it isn't copied in the final iso. The problem could be the dimension (9 Gb) of the iso?

Why not just ZIP compress then? There is no point to an ISO if you aren't going to use it for a CD.
