How to delete from memory stick

Hello,
How can I delete a picture on memory stick that has "file protected"?

With the memory stick in the computer, right click and click on properties. Make sure there is not a check in the box beside Read-only. If that doesn't do it, check the slider on the memory stick to make sure it is not in the locked position.
