How to disassemble audio-technica p615

Anybody out there know how to disassemble an audio - technica p615? I have the switch unscrewed, the mic element unsoldered, but the mic element will not slide up. It appears that the black rubber gasket? item is holding the whole assembly in the mic case. I don't want to destroy the whole unit, is there a way to do this properly?

you unscrew the XLR connector by turning the setscrew clockwise with an Allen wrench, or take the setscrew out entirely
you undo the switch,
sometimes the case unscrews into two pieces.
