Onto a USB you'll need to create/mount an ISO (disk image) to the USB to create a bootable device.

Do you have install disks currently? Or a recovery partition?

Following bazzarooney's link should help you out then. Downloading the ISO will require you to enter the license key which, if it's OEM it won't validate.....and you'll need to buy a new copy of W7.
