Hello I have a originally windows 7 but upgraded to 8.1 and i REALLY "NEED" to reset my laptop but i do not have a disk nor can i get one is there anyway to do it?

what is the make & model# of the laptop? did you delete the recovery partition of the hard drive when upgraded to win8.1 or is it still there?
