How to find the format in Coolpix S3300 and how to delete all my pictures?

I asked first how to delete all pix in this camera and was told to Format! Now, how can I find the Format, and how to delete all pix in the Format please? I prefer to not having to do this in the computer if it’s possible as I’m afraid to mess up the pix already transferred there. Thanks so very much!

Format means just that. If there are pics on it now they wont be there later

So you're looking for a delete option not a format option
