Solved! How to fix blank/ black screen on Samsung galaxy s3 if the methods above doesn't work

My new Samsung Galaxy s3 is having a black/blank screen issue...my phone is fully and the battery is not damaged , it has never been dropped or came in contact with water ... when I power up my phone there's only the Samsung sound but the logo doesn't show up , once it's on messages, calls and notifications come in but there's no display ... I've tried every method online from " technicians" but nothing works...some say it may be a hardware problem but my phone is new ...NEW!!! please help .... I'm really frustrated

Sounds like you may need to replace the display. It happens even when you don't drop it, etc. Displays can go bad.
