curser on Asus laptop windows 10 is not clicking on anything & everytime I touch the built in mouse it beeps a lot

Try the following and see if it fixes it...

1. Go into "Control Panel" and then click "Troubleshooting".
2. Click "Hardware and Sound".
3. Now click "Hardware and Devices" and then in the new window click "Next".
4. Wait for it to scan the system and then follow the prompts.

It should work now.

Also, you might also want to check for updates to your drivers.
