Question How to fix failed to test tone?

My laptop, ACER nitro 5 Windows 11, has been having this issue not being able to detect audio devices, but when it detects the devices, they don't have sound and when tested in settings, it shows an error message, "failed to test tone" and this happens to all the devices whether built-in or external... How do fix this? I've attempted a lot of fixes recommended by the internet, nothing seem to solve the issue....

exact model of the acer?
if it is new and not working. return it.

if you install windows 11 on it. windows 11 might not have driver for it

Nitro AN515-45 is the exact model... It's been months since I got it
I don't know if windows 11 has the driver for it as well, I've been searching through their updates, I don't see anything relating to sound... It's hard not hear anything at all... had to resort to my phone when communicating through a video or playing any media files

make sure they are not disable for the app.
