How to fix Green pixels on screen

I have a laptop that was dropped. The hard d rive was replaced, and all drivers were updated. but the screen is showing green pixels. any help??

Those are dead/frozen pixels.

You can try this, otherwise the only way to fix it is to replace the lcd screen
