how to fix module stopping

hello, can you give me a hand about pascal. My pogramme that i have done to make isn't working when i'm going to use it. the window will be close even you input the data. The compile massage tell me that i have module stopping. what it means? how can i fix the problem? thankyou

Can you "walk through" your code to determine exactly where the error occurs?

Are you able to post the suspect portion of your code?
