my keyboard does not working after i update into windows 10

Try this...

1. Uninstall the keyboard driver.
2. Reboot the computer (without reinstalling the driver).
3. When it restarts, it should reinstall the driver on its own.

If this doesn't work, you may wish to try connecting an external keyboard and see if it works fine. If it does, then it could be the keys themselves that are the issue.

You may also wish to check the Synaptics driver as well.

how am i going to check the synaptics? thanks.. because i tried the others ideas that u'd given and it doesn't work. and i was wondering because i already bought this last few months ago and it's brand new.. i just updated it to an updated version of windows 10 and after that my keyboard doesn't work only the shutdown key has only working the rest it's not

I have heard that a lot on here about the problem starting after a 10 update.

That driver is found in the same area, "Control Panel" then "Device Manager", but it is under "Mice and other pointing devices". I know it seems like that wouldn't do it, but it can cause this too. In the case of that one, you don't want to remove and reboot, just update the driver.
