Solved! How to fix My laptop Lenovo Legion y730 15

Laptop Model : Legion Y730 15ICH
OS : Windows 10

what i change in BIOS settings are :
■ Intel SGX- Enabled
■Bios password - Removed
■Secure Boot - Disabled
after that, i save changes and exit.
laptop will restart, but when restart i got black screen.
Keyboard light, Notification Light all lights up, Fan is running.

what is the possible cause ?

I have done that

try an external monitor

remove all drives (SSD and HDD)

only use one RAM stick
