it wont boot up and i dont have Any of the CDS is there any way i an repair it?

I don't suppose you know why it won't boot?
What happens when turn the power on?
Can you reach the BIOS setup menu by pressing the F2 key at power on?
Can you get into SafeMode pressing the F8 key at power on?
Make yourself a Rescue CD on another computer and try that on your laptop. UltimateBootCD or LiveCD (FreeBSD is good)
