How to format or repair the corrupted sd card? Even if I format it, the content still remains or more like still corrupted? Wh

I try using two other phone but still the same, the sd card sis still corrupted though I format it countless of times already but still no effect. What to do?

If it won't work then the card has to be replaced. There is only so much you can do with a card. They go bad pretty easily.
