Since your TV has only two HDMI inputs and you need three you need to add an HDMI input selector with at least three inputs. Connect all the Roku, PS3, and HTIB to the switcher via HDMI. Connect the switch to the TV via HDMI. Connect the TV optical audio out to the HTIB.

Thank you very much! The rest of my post was inadvertently missing, but I meant to indicate I was currently using a digital audio selector with optical connection. Would the method you suggested provide better audio?
