how to get more volume with headphones connected on minitor from xbox one?

i find the volume very low.i dont have 30 euros that cost an amp.is there a way to increase audio level from xbox and from asus monitor jack?my xbox one controller doesnt have jack.i connect the headphones to monitor directly

XBOX and possibly the monitor should have a volume control, check into that.

If not, you need an amp.
