How to get my info out of a wet phone.

I Have an iphone 5 and i got it submerged in water (slick i know) But i have ALOT of important info on that phone. I Am using the rice method currently to dry it out. If my phone doesent pull through (god forbid) Will there be some way to recover my pictures and notes and such? Any help is immensely appreciated

if it is important data, take your phone to places like Apple or Microcenter where they have a data recovery center. They will take your phone apart to retrieve the data. However, this process is costly and price is ranges from 700-2000 USD

Also i know you arent supposed to turn it on but i was basically having a heart attack and panicked. It said no sd card detected than it shut off.
