How to get rid of unideals.

I have no idea how to get rid of unideals i tried manual guides and theres stuff i cannot do becouse no one explains it properly and i used programs that should get rid of them but only scan for a few hours and make me pay to delete. I really would like a solution please. PLEASE DO NOT POST APPS THAT YOU NEED TO PAY FOR. Thanks.
