How to get sound to amazon prime and dvd player

I currently have HDMI cable from tv to 3x1 hdmi switch box with audio output. I connected an HDMI from Roku to HDMI switch box HDMI 1 port and HDMI cable from DVD player to HDMI 2 port. Have sound bar connected using rca jack plugs on switch box. I get sound playing Roku on Netflix only not on Amazon prime also no sound from DVD player. What do I need to do? Help!

Ok I figured out the sound to the dvd player, i needed to switch the channel to 2.0 on the HDMI switch box. So now I need to know why Amazon prime has no sound. I play it using Roku same as Netflix which has sound. Thank you.

Everything is working now by changing it to the 2.0.
