Solved! How to get tethering hotspots on my ZTE Z717VL Citrine LTE downloaded or enabled or app?

I have a citrine phone and it does not have a tethering and hotspots choice under networks and sharing. Under anywhere as far as i can tell i cant find a way to allow tethering. Ive tried downloads apps for thw very thing but no way to Access the phones tethering and hotspots. Ao im stuck. Also im trying to use my citrine to give wifi to my rca tablet. If that helps. Thx

Sounds like that phone does not have that capability. Not all phones do.
