How to install window 7 r 8 on X541A -Xx012T.

Am stuck whever I do install others windows on my laptop refuse.
And window let it to freeze.
I dot see booting button on my PC.
Am using X541A-Xx012T.Model RTL8723BE

What is this "X541A-Xx012T"? The only partial reference I've got is for Asus VivoBook, and for a PC with 7th gen Intel CPU, Microsoft supports only Windows 10.
