How to lock cell phone keypad samsung asking for code

Hello,
how to lock samsung cell phone keypad,when i go to security settings its asking for 4 digit code?

You must have set it, so type it in. If it's not your phone, you don't need to know the code. If you forgot it, contact the service provider.

If it's a code to change some settings, contact the service provider for that as well.
