How to make fraps videos smaller

Currently, I record pc games with fraps and for a 35 minute video, it was almost 105GB, I wanted to know if there is another video software that can keep the video size smaller and keep the quality or if there is a quick, high quality video compression tool. Any help would be great!

I have a Intel 3450 CPU 4 core @ 3.2Ghz
and a EVGA GTX 760 SC 2GB

i suggest you do a little research on quicksync and the programs that utilize it. fastest transcoding available by far

ShadowPlay in your nVidia driver.

If you have Sony Vegas, you can always render the video track into something with a lot of compression, post recording.

Use Dxtory with Lagarith Codec. It will kept the same quality, has better performance and will reduce the file size to 1GB per minute (that's for 1080p 30 fps).

Alternatively if you are Nvidia GPU user, you may consider using GeForce ShadowPlay. It records at much lower file size too, but it doesn't have as much useful features as Dxtory does.
