how to open a disc on a toshiba L50-B ???

i buy my computer like a year ago and i am sure that there is a disc/cd, and i can't even find the icon so please help.

If you don't see a button to open it, the laptop don't have one.

Not all low end laptops have a DVD drive. Even if the side of the case looks like it.

Well, to be sure, go to My computer(This PC on Win10), see if there's something like "CD DRIVE" or "DVD DRIVE", right click, eject.
