how to open cd drive on acer E5 411 C7HR

I can't seem to find how to open my cd drive on acer E5 411 C7HR.

My research indicates that there isn't an optical (CD/DVD) drive in that model.

there isn't 1 so will have to get an usb external dvd drive. 2 of my customers had to do that for their new laptops.
