how to play sims 4 on a hp notebook 15-ba079dx amd quad-core a10-9600p

I just purchased sims 4 and my laptop is being hard headed.
it's an hp notebook 15-ba079dx, amd quad-core A10-96009p, 1TB hard drive, 6144MB DDR4 SDRAM. I don't know what to do at this point to get this game to run.

I bought the disk version last night and origin downloaded but there isn't a copy of the game on my desk top. I can't even access the game anywhere.

I'ts not in the library part....but the trial sims 4 i downloaded is cause i was confused about the actual disk not working but the trail does and the graphics look decent actually lol

Unfortunately, it either didn't fully install or Origin just didn't grab it. You can check manually by going to "c:\program files (x86)\Electronic Arts\". If you don't see it there, you could check the origin folder "c:\program files (x86)\Origin Games\". I'd recommend you try reinstalling the game.

it had all the files on my computer i deleted everything and gonna see what happens when i reinstall it again
