How to play subtitle on multi part tv episode

I've downloaded tv epispde which is in 3 parts but subtitle plays fine on first part and doesn't appear on pther parts.. kindly tell me how i can play them on all parts

What is the source or sources? Pirated espisodes perhaps?

Probably not going to work if the downloads are not fully legitmate.
