how to put apps and info on the SD card on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2

When I try to update an app, i get message that there is no room to do so. However I see that my SD mini card is nearly empty. It appears info isn't being transferred to the card. How can I rectify this so there is room to update apps? I'm using a Samsung Galaxy 7' Tab 2

In the installed apps (settings>applicatiuons) you should have an option there to move them to the sd card. You will need to go into each app individually to see the 'move to sd card' option and not all apps will have this feature.
