How to reboot a crashed Acer 5750 without loosing saved files? I have the recovery CDS but it says starting Windows then Acer eRecovery Management screen comes up and it says: Please wait a moment. With the curser or the round thing going around and around. What else can be done?

Boot with a boot cd/disk. Recover those files to an external drive. And then restore your system using your recovery cd's.

Keep in mind that important files should always be stored on more than just one device/disk for when something like this happens. I always suggest have 2 extra copies that way when your system drive dies, you still have a copy PLUS a backup copy.

Lucy, I need some help. I need a DVD image of recovery disc 3. Would you be able to help me out by uploading recovery disc 3? I contacted Acer and they dont sell discs anymore.
