I was trying to set my new computer back to factory made and this is what happen.
(The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install windows click OK to restart the computer, and then restart installation.)
This is not working and I don't have a recovering disc

Solution
If this is a prebuilt , like HP or Dell, then use the factory restore option built into the bootup process. You access it by pressing an F-key, such as F12, when you turn it on. There will be a message at the bottom of the screen letting you know which F-key to press, just like the message to enter the bios is.
