how to recover formatted files on android phone memory ..please help ?

Not true, formatting just marks memory blocks as empty, it doesn't actually empty them, what was in them before stays there until something else is written over. That being said, if you're running a newer android version, it may have trim support which actively wipes are's that have been marked empty. Is this on internal memory or a card?
