How to recover my photos from 2016 for Samsung Galaxy Prime Core Android phone

That depends. Is the phone working? If so then all you need to do is connect it to WiFi (assuming doesn't have service) and then upload the photos to a google or cloud account. Or you can connect the device to a computer via USB cord and move all the files over to an empty folder on the computer.
Now if the phone isn't working, there is no way to get the files from it.
