How to remove binkiland from a tablet

My husband has a tablet computer that is infected with Binkiland.com and we can't figure out how to remove this program. There is no start button like on a regular computer, and we can't find the program to uninstall it in the add/remove program list. Help Please.

press ctrl+r it will open run tab in that enter appwiz.cpl it will open the add remove wizard for you and search for the programe you want to uninstall

I had similar issue with my galaxy tab, i simply put it in safe mode and in the apps i found an app that called -Browser Update,- uninstalled it and problem solved for me
