How to remove button switches from marantz receivers

Hello,
I want to replace worn out bulbs on my Marantz 4240 receiver. I was able to remove most except 6 smaller knobs on the dolby section. How do I remove these are they screwed on to some poles or do I just pull these out like I did the main switches? I tried but they won't budge. Please help? Thank you Mario

Sometimes a regular grubscrew (sometimes with a hex key) sometimes press fit. If it's old may have jammed on, but check carefully for a screw before applying brute force.
