How to remove restricted caller from my

Hello,when I send to people on my list they receive "restricted caller" and won't call me back. How does that happen and can I get it changed. I have an LG Cosmos and a Verizon account.

Strange issue. I'd check your account online and ensure that your number is not set to private. If it isn't, I'd get in touch with Verizon to see what they have to say on the matter.

Well I did just that (checked with my provider for the third time) and I was able to get to the belly of the beast for tech service. They found it and I no longer have the issue. It was set for private which I had never selected that option.
