Solved! How to remove write protected

i am trying to put music on my gpx mp3 player it will not let me add files or remove them. any help would be greatly appreciated thanx.

I've ran into a problem like that, and could not fix it untill i formatted it.
Make sure you have the firmware to restore it, if you do this.
