I accidentally spillled an alcoholic beverage on my external keyboard. I didn't wipe it right away as I should have. Now the keyboard is not responding well in a couple of places. I took it apart to get whatever I could to dry. But it's still not responding well. What more could I do to fix it, or did I royally f'd up the keyboard for good??

Solution
First, just drying it with anything won't fix it. Unlike water, anything else leaves a residue. This will have to be removed. Once that is done, then leave it open and alone to try for a few days. Yes days.

If that doesn't fix it, then you will need a new keyboard.
