Solved! How to replace cmos battery on toshiba satellite a105

Hi, I bought a new motherboard for my Toshiba satellite a105 laptop. It did not come with a cmos battery. There is one on the old motherboard. How do I take it off and put on the new motherboard?

step by step how to get to the case open to expose the mobo and cmos battery.
the problem im haveing is i need to remove the battery so i cant reset a bios pw but it appears that the battery is glued onto the battery contact and will probly beack the contact if i force it.
