How to replace dvd drive in sony vaio laptop

Hello,
I have sony vaio CR vgn 220e laptop. Would like to know how to remove the dvd drive. I have tried removing all the screws and taking off the back cover however couldnt pull it completely

It should be a one screw removal and slide out operation.
