How to restart DHCP SERVICES

No Internet, even with a usb modem or external wifi adapter :-(
TANX for the repies; a Factory Reset did the trick after I was told by a certain 'matrix comp warehouse' that my wifi card gone,hoping professionals might help

start/run type services.msc. Also make sure nothing has been disabled in services in msconfig

The DHCP service is requested on the network and your router responds. You could try stopping the DHCP Client as suggested above but I would be very surprised if this was the issue. What is the output of ipconfig /all (run in a cmd window)??
